Sterling on the restored parity
In 1927 Britain is on the gold parity restored in 1925. The pre-1914 order was not rebuilt. The exit is 1931.
In 1925 Britain returned to gold at the pre-war parity. That parity is in force. The several centres and the private gold points of 1913 did not return with it.
Britain leaves gold in 1931. The United States has not recalled private monetary gold. That order is 1933.
